Initially we ask you to give us your property wish list, so we can start to build a picture of your ideal property.

We will analyse your wishes and compile a list of further options in order to completely understand your requirements including budget, area, location , size and style of property, garden, land, amenities, services, schools, leisure, work, transport etc

Once we have an agreed remit, signed agreement (contract) and registration fee, the search begins.

We view all properties matching the remit, eliminating those that are unsuitable and short listing properties meeting your criteria , giving you an overview of those we feel most suitable .

We arrange a viewing day for you and if required will be present as you view each property to answer any queries.
