Terms and Conditions

Commission becomes payable in the event of Relocate to Suffolk locating a suitable property which you the prospective purchaser/s follows through to completion. In accordance with our terms our invoice will be submitted to your solicitor/conveyancer after exchange of contracts to be paid on completion of the purchase.

Should instruction be terminated and any property introduced by Relocate to Suffolk be subsequently purchased by yourselves within a period of 12 months then commission at the rate of ½% of the purchase price will be payable in full.

Relocate to Suffolk take every possible care in the selection of property to be viewed by the client and therefore take no responsibility for any information regarding the legal title, condition and or description of the property. It is the responsibility of the client to engage professional services to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the property.

At Relocate to Suffolk we respect your right to privacy, any information provided to us by you by way of inquiry or registration will only be used by ourselves in our endeavours to locate a suitable property.
